DiVA P80 Power Amplifier (Discontinued)

The Arcam DiVA P80 stereo power amplifier uses the same proprietary current feedback circuit topology as the acclaimed A85/P85 amplifiers, for outstanding sound quality across the audio band at all power levels. Its compact, slimline design and custom-install friendly features make it ideal for hi-fi, home cinema and custom install use.

Overview

The P80 was designed and manufactured in the UK and available in black and silver finish.

  • Continuous power output 65 watts per channel (8 ohms), 100 watts per channel (4 ohms), both channels driven, 20 Hz – 20 kHz
  • Very low distortion (typically 0.005%) and residual background noise levels (-112dB ref 65 watts, CCIR weighted)
  • Low standby power consumption (2 watts)
  • Automatic music signal sensing system, or 12 V trigger, turns on unit from standby.
  • 12V trigger output to switch on further power amplifier
  • Two sets of input phono sockets allow daisy chaining and dual mono operation (e.g. for passively bi-amping suitable loudspeakers)
  • Two independent pairs of loudspeaker outlets, switchable from front panel
  • Thermal, overload and DC offset protection
  • Mains supply 230 / 115 Volts AC (externally switched) 650 VA maximum
